ORDERS

Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. You will also receive a receipt of the goods purchased once the order has been processed. Please kindly allow up to 48 hours for an email.


TURN AROUND

All items are custom designed and made to order. Once you place your order and it has been processed, allocated time is required to complete, pack and post your order. The estimated production time are listed on each item located in the online store. If your order is urgent, please ensure you email design@laurenskorsis.com.au prior to ordering to see whether your timeframe can be accommodated.


RETURNS

Lauren Skorsis' priority is her clients happiness, therefore if something, for whatever reason, is not to the clients satisfaction, steps will be implemented to do what is necessary to correct it. Throughout the design process you will have the chance to make change, add pieces, and adjust quantities, however, due to the amount of work that is committed to each order, Lauren Skorsis does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.


CANCELATION

All orders are final and are non-refundable. If the client cancels an order made through the online store, for whatever reason, the amount paid will serve as a cancellation fee. If you would like to cancel your order as of a result of an unforeseen circumstance, please email design@laurenskorsis.com.au. Please note that a cancellation fee may apply if production has commenced and Lauren Skorsis accepts the unforeseen circumstance and a refund is deemed acceptable.


COLOURS

All artwork digitally printed is printed in the CMYK print process and, as with any full colour artwork, colour matching is not guaranteed. Based on the devise you are viewing the website from, most monitors use additive RGB colour, while printing uses subtractive CMYK pigments, each a different way of reproducing colour. In print, artwork may not have the same range, saturation, and contrast as a monitor making the colours typically darker and less vibrant than on screen. Lauren Skorsis is not responsible or held liable for any colour that may vary from screen to print, print to print, stock to stock, and first product of the run to the last product of the run.


SAMPLES

Sample packs are available to purchase to gain a true representation of the product in terms of size, colour and finish. Each sample pack has been carefully considered and no two sample packs are alike. If you are after a specific design seen on Lauren Skorsis' social media pages, please email design@laurenskorsis.com.au with your request. Lauren Skorsis will endeavoured to include that sample, subject to its availability.


PROMOTION CODES

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. They must be redeemed by the allocated timeframe.


TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

Lauren Skorsis accepts no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any orders approved for print or production. The client thereby is to proof read and approve all final copy before the production of artwork. An email verification made by the client shall be conclusive as to the approval of all artwork prior to their release for print or production. No refunds or reprints are available after a final approved design has gone to print. It is agreed that Lauren Skorsis is not responsible or held liable for any errors contained in the final artwork after the client has approved the final artwork.


QUOTATIONS

Once the client has approved a quotation on a custom design, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the quoted amount is to be paid to commence the design project and the final 50% is due on the day of delivery or sign off. The project deposit is non-refundable, and if the client cancels a project, for whatever reason, the deposit will serve as a cancellation fee. Along with a payment based upon the time spent if it exceeds 50% of the quoted work. All printing accounts must be settled in full prior to the release of the files to print. Should additional design not initially quoted for be requested during the design process, a progress payment will be payable prior to further work being carried out. Otherwise, all additional costs will be added to the final invoice, payable on the day of delivery or sign off. All quotations are valid for 60 days.

SHIPPING

All orders are sent using Australia Post.

All parcels are tracked with Australia Post's tracking system to ensure your items can be monitored and are delivered. There are two postage options available; Regular Parcel Post and Express Post. Regular Parcel Post has an estimated delivery time of 4 business days, whilst Express Post has next day delivery.

Please keep in mind that next day delivery is subject to the Express Post zoning. Please see the Australia Post website for more information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are sent using Australia Post International.

All parcels are tracked with Australia Post's tracking system to ensure your items can be monitored and are delivered.

COURIER SERVICE

Lauren Skorsis offers a courier service for all clients based in Melbourne who have orders that may be delicate to post. Some items due to their size and/or weight, may not be able to be posted using Australia Post and may require a courier. As this is a more controlled service, it is also available for clients who wish to have their items delivered to a particular location, directly to the venue, or at a specific day and/or time. Please note that price may vary based on location and drop off times.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is encouraged to all clients based in Melbourne to collect their items in person from Lauren Skorsis' home studio, to avoid any delays, damages or lost items that may be made during transit.

Some items due to their size and/or weight, may not be able to be posted using Australia Post and may require collection made by the client.
